I have had lots of birthday cards to make lately.  I made two versions of this fun card.  I just LOVE bright colors and this one surely fits that description.  There's no lack of sparkle and glitz, either!  Using texture and punches, I created a lovely card with very little effort.  Original idea CASED from Mary Fish. ...
