I have had lots of birthday cards to make lately. I made two versions of this fun card. I just LOVE bright colors and this one surely fits that description. There’s no lack of sparkle and glitz, either! Using texture and punches, I created a lovely card with very little effort. Original idea CASED from Mary Fish.
I go through phases where I want to use ONLY bright colors and then I'll shy away from them. This one is super cute!
