Here's a look at 3 of the projects we made for World Card Making Day on October 1st. The first card creates a wood look background using the direct pad to paper technique.  That background started out as Very Vanilla!  The die from the Flourish Thinlits is cut out twice; once in Early Espresso and once in Pumpkin Pie (I know it looks kind of pinkish in the photo, but it really is Pumpkin Pie).  Those pieces were layered together at a slight offset to create the look of depth. ...
