Today's card is a simple, but masculine birthday card. I used the Guy Greetings stamp set and the retired Adventure Bound DSP stack. I just love that old car and it makes such a great card for any guy! This one was made for a special 80th birthday celebration. It just seemed to need something when I was finished, so I put a single Basic Rhinestone on the bottom of the Basic Black piece. Perfect! I CASED this card from Janet Holmes. A Little Smile
Have you ever had a friend who just needs a smile and a hug? Sending them a card to do this just might make their day! This card is like getting a hug in the mailbox! The Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder gives texture and interest to the Real Red layer. The center layer was stamped twice--once on Whisper White and once on Soft Sky Cardstock, then the Soft Sky layer was cut out on the inside of the border and layered onto the Whisper White image so the border edge showed ... Helping Me Grow
Today's card is a simple card made with the Helping Me Grow stamp set and a die from the Rose Garden Thinlits. A simple accent of 1/8" Gold Ribbon runs across the lower portion of the card. To give it a subtle shimmer the images are stamped on Shimmery White Cardstock, and the flower centers and stems are lightly colored in with Mint Macaron, Daffodil Delight, and Delightful Dijon Stampin' Write Markers.
