This lovely card filled with fall colors was made by smudging color onto glossy white card stock and actually burning the paper until it was black with soot. Then I stamped a clean dry stamp on the soot to lift it off and reveal the color beneath. Spraying it with a sealer was next to keep the soot from smudging. This is one of the projects we made at Friday Night Stamp Club and was inspired by a swap card I received at the Stampin’ Up! Regional Event in Chattanooga.
